New Parents Circle:
Community, conversation & snacks for parents in the early postpartum months.
The first months with a new baby can feel beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, tender, and exhausting — often all within the same hour. This circle offers a place to land each week alongside other parents navigating a similarly raw and transitional season of life.
Together we’ll share tea and snacks, discuss the realities of postpartum life, and explore common topics around recovery, feeding, sleep, relationships, identity shifts, and caring for both baby and self in the early months.
Come as you are — feeding, bouncing, crying babies, messy mornings and all.
Led by postpartum doula Katherine Sacks Chen, with occasional guest experts joining the conversation.
